Liposuction, cool sculpting are not treatment options for obesity. These are cosmetic procedures aimed at removal of unwanted pockets of fat in normal or overweight individuals. They can't alter the set point for fat storage. So if performed in obese individuals all the lost fat is replaced over a period of 6 months to 2 years.
